Delete your account

You can request the deletion of your El Engage account and all associated data here, without needing the app installed or being signed in.

Enter the email address of your account below. If an account exists for that address, we will send it a confirmation link (valid for one hour). Opening the link and confirming permanently deletes:

• your account, profile, and preferences;
• all conversations, messages, and exercise history;
• your subscription and billing profile with our payment processor;
• your progress data (vocabulary, streaks, league points, badges).

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Invoices that we are legally required to retain are kept in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
